Chad Ontiveros

Chad has been coaching at Team Fitness since 2000. He competed locally in football, basketball, and soccer, and began building his athletic and professional credentials as a certified personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness and as a health and fitness coach for Menlo Health for Life.

Currently, his love for impacting lives with proper health and nutrition keeps him active with clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He has two wonderful daughters, Ashley and Alexandria.
