Statistics say that around 80% of the people that start a fitness program quit within six months. Why? Invariably they haven’t had any fun, they have become bored, or they didn’t have anyone to workout with to keep them motivated and accountable. 

FUN – Team Fitness coaches excel in knowing how to make it fun.  They know when to work hard, when to not take the workout or themselves too seriously, and how to do it all with a good sense of humor.

VARIETY – The known antidote for boredom is variety. Even after thousands of workouts, over nearly twelve years, there have never been two workouts exactly the same. Never have. Never will. Every day is a new day when you come to a Team Fitness workout.

CAMARADERIE – Equipment and facilities don’t change peoples’ lives, people do.  If you have just one friend to workout with, let alone a coach, we know you’ll almost double the time you’ll stay in any program.  Team Fitness is a friendly place, so it’s hard not to develop new and solid friendships with other members on your team.

One additional component serves as a powerful motivator and catalyst – Accountability.
Sometimes even the best programs fail to motivate an individual sufficiently. Team Fitness coaches recognize the powerful influence a call from a coach can make. That’s why our coaches call any of their members who miss a workout without notifying their coach ahead of time. No guilt, just a friendly call to check in and let a member know they were missed.
