Join Team Fitness
Team Fitness offers early morning group fitness classes at two Silicon Valley locations: one in Los Altos and one in Menlo Park. Men’s basketball is also offered on Saturdays in Los Altos and Menlo Park. A second Los Altos location is opening in 2017 at Egan Jr. HS.
Many experts agree that morning is the best time to work out. You’ll increase metabolism and improve physical and mental performance in your daily routine.
Regular morning workouts build consistency and self-discipline. Our team structure increases accountability to keep you on your fitness track.
