Team Fitness members come for the fitness, but stay for the fun, variety and camaraderie. Our average membership is over 10 years! Schedule a week of complimentary workouts in Menlo Park and Los Altos by visiting our  Contact Page.

  • I’ve been part of Team Fitness for 14 years. I can’t imagine life without it. The camaraderie might be the best part, and the athletics are great, too.

  • I love the camaraderie. It’s nice to play around with ‘guys my age’ and feel like we’re pushing each other to build and maintain our abilities and health.

  • No better way to start the day than getting a good workout with a fun group of people who over the years have become great friends! And, it allows me to eat more!

  • It’s not about equipment, it’s about lasting 6 weeks or 6 months” meaning that it is the camaraderie of the group that is critical. I’m going to finish year 14 in June, Thanks, Tom.

  • I started Team Fitness to increase my energy so I could be more active with my kids. I lost 10 pounds along the way without even trying! I love the camaraderie and fellowship with the other participants who have become my friends.

  • The people at Team Fitness are like a second family to me. I have been going to Team Fitness for 11 years this month; we have shared our ups and are downs in life together. It makes exercising enjoyable. Having great instructors doesn’t hurt either.

  • I exercise 3 times every week for an hour. This accomplishment is not due to self-discipline on my part. I’ve belonged to other clubs, for years! I paid my monthly dues regularly but never exercised regularly. What’s different? It’s actually fun!

  • I am someone who will put off exercise until it’s too late too late in the day so I love getting my workouts done early. Then I then have the rest of the day for all my other commitments and activities. The coaches are always coming up with new and creative ways to challenge us to stay in shape and even non-athletes like myself can learn to have fun playing sports in a noncompetitive, supportive environment.
